The Avenue (721 Congress)

Once a vacant and neglected retail space on one of the city’s main corridors for foot traffic, 721 Congress will be transformed.  Situated on a project site of 0.15 acre, the current design accommodates 25,000 square feet of office, 5,000 square feet of restaurant and a 135-unit residential tower.
